Where will services be provided?
01
In our therapy office located in Charlottesville, VA (Pantops). We have partnered with Cville Family Therapy and are very excited to have a physical space to see clients.
Are we guaranteed to work together?
02
If Cradle to Table completes your evaluation, you can expect that we will work together as long as feasibly possible. Everyone’s situation is unique, and there is always a chance that a referral to an alternate speech therapist OR therapist from another discipline may be made. The goal is always to provide the most effective and ethical care.
Do you accept insurance?
05
No. All services are paid out of pocket and at the time of service. However, a superbill can be provided and then submitted to insurance by the child’s parent or guardian to request reimbursement, which is solely at the discretion of your health insurance provider. Additionally, please note that superbills cannot be submitted to Medicaid.
Does the superbill guarantee reimbursement?
06
No. It will benefit you to call your insurance provider to see if you have coverage for speech therapy services before scheduling an evaluation. If you do not, services can still be provided and paid for as an out of pocket expense.
How often will my child attend therapy?
03
Typically, once a week. More or less can be discussed after an evaluation in order to meet your individual needs.
Can I cancel an appointment?
04
Yes. Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
Do I need a referral or script to receive services?
07
In short, no. However, if you desire to submit a superbill to your insurance for reimbursement, a referral or script from your pediatrician can support medical necessity and increase the likelihood of reimbursement as long as your health insurance includes coverage for speech therapy services.
