Evaluation : $145.00
Schedule a 60-90 minute comprehensive speech, language, or feeding evaluation to guide therapy intervention. Speech and language evaluations can be conducted together, while feeding evaluations must be completed as an additional or separate evaluation.
Treatment : $85.00
Treatment sessions are scheduled on a weekly basis, most often at a frequency of once per week. Sessions are up to 45 minutes long depending on the child’s needs and tolerance, and include a brief recap with the parent or guardian.
Payment: Private
Cash, credit, debit, or HSA cards, and checks are accepted. Payment is due at time of service. An itemized receipt (superbill) can be provided to the family for submission to insurance for reimbursement. Amount reimbursed is at the discretion of your insurance provider.
There will be a $25 cancellation fee for cancellations occurring less than 48 hours before the expected appointment time.
